You do not need to navigate your journey alone.

Welcome Fellow Travelers

I invite you to join me in this communal space of exploration and expansion to learn about, plan for, and process death, dying, loss, and grief.

As a death doula, I will support and empower you to make informed decisions about what is important to you now and at the end of life.

As an artist, I invite you to explore your own emotions, memories, and beliefs related to grief, loss, and other life transitions.

Come see what is possible when you have the knowledge and support you need to shape your story.

Exploring Life Transitions through Art

Communal workshops which intentionally pair themes such as death, grief, identity, and loss with specific art forms and processes. These small to medium sized art workshops can be adapted for various age groups and are offered through local art venues as well as in community spaces such as libraries.

The Space Between

A practice of compassion and connection

My work lives in the space between—between what was, what is, and what might be. In this practice of compassion and connection, we can come together in community to share our life experiences. This is also a space in which we can learn how to embrace change, honor our complex emotions,  and live according to our values to the very end.

Death doulas are not medical, psychological, legal, or religious professionals and our services are not intended to diagnose or treat illness, provide therapy, dispense legal advice, or offer religious guidance. We are companions who can provide holistic, nonjudgmental, emotional, social, and practical support as you navigate life, death, and grief.
